Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, all of our orders are shipped in 100% recyclable, plastic-free packaging.

You can return or exchange unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are still attached.

2. We’ll send you simple instructions and the return address.
3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

We take great pride in the quality of our knitwear. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution and cover the cost of the return.
